The Simon School Office of Marketing and Communications is celebrating this week! We earned two prestigious national awards for the School's 2006-2008 Management Programs Catalog.
Simon received a gold award from the Service Industry Advertising Awards (S.I.A.A.), the first national advertising award competition to specifically recognize creativity and communication accomplishments of the service industry.
We also earned a silver medal in the 22nd Annual Admissions Advertising Awards for the catalog. The national competition, sponsored by Admissions Marketing Report, judges on creativity, marketing execution and impact of message. This year, over 2,100 entries were received from more than 1,200 colleges, universities and secondary schools in the U.S. and several foreign countries.
"This national recognition from two prominent education and industry leaders confirms our strategic plan to promote the Simon School among the finest graduate business schools in the world," says Dean Mark Zupan. "We strive for excellence in all facets of the Simon experience, and are gratified that our heightened emphasis on marketing and communications is gaining well-deserved national acclaim."
